Hmm personally I'd drop Axe Twist and put orders on the Rit before I would on the monk. I'd also drop Axe rake or Dblow on the first warrior for frenzy but thats cause I don't really like axe rake.

Axe Twist isn't going to do any good giving your target weakness. Protector's Strike is a good follow up. For great Justice has a recharge I don'ty like. I recomend taking points out of strength for To The Limit and then finding room for a healing signet. The hammer warrior needs a second KD like heavy blow if you're running Devasating. Shock>Gale since the update also. The should have Lightning Orb for spikes and Smite Hex is weak in this build. I would rather have a Remove Hex if anything. The rit is cool, the attributes are a bit messed up though and I don't care much for Mantra of Resolve. For making your monk Orders I think you did a good job with him. The other boon prot should have 9 inspiration for extra energy. Your flag runner is ok to me.

first of all: a hell of a defense you have there... I am not the right person to comment on offense, but the defense is solid as a rock...

2 hp spammers, a rit lord rit, 2 monks... that will be a hell of a nut to crack...

The orders are a nice touch, but I would fit in more offensive orientated skills on the monks. With such a defense you can have it. Powerdrain or drain enchant on the boon prot can be very nice, giving you extra energy and just a bit more help on the offense of your team.

Protection on this boon prot is quite high, but thats just a minor personal issue. You can handle with 8 on insp, so thats the result.

One thing I miss: interupts...how to handle a good old spike? will 1 distracting blow suffice? Or will you trust solely on KD's?

My major point on this build: Prepare for long battles...VoD will be frequent
